We know that having your bike or other product not functioning is never convenient. Here is the information that you will need for replacement of your apparel and accessories.
- Warranty is valid for the original owner and is non transferable. Cannondale requires proof of purchase before honoring any warranty claims
- All warranty claims must be submitted through an authorized Cannondale dealer
- All efforts will be made to replace your accessories with the same model and color but note that in some cases an exact replacement may not be available
- Please note: we no longer produce apparel and cannot offer like for like replacements on these items. For any defective apparel covered under warranty, we will offer parts and/or accessories of equal value.
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation or assembly
- Improper follow-up maintenance
- Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Labor charges for part replacement or changeover
